For the past 2 months I've been giving presentions for work at some local businesses and have been tasked with bringing donut and coffee for the host office. As a result I've visited about 15 different Dunkin locations for the same order 2 boxes of 12 donuts and a box of Joe. Every time they have told me it comes with 10 cups, sugar, etc. And every time I've asked for 10 additional cups as these presentations generally have 15-20 people present. Every other Dunkin gave the extra cups with zero issue. Not this Dunkin. This Dunkin told me to my face it doesn't matter what the other Dunkins do, here we charge for extra cups. Now, not to be petty but the order I place is over $50. Of course they aren't obligated to give the cups for free but considering every other location recognized the money I was spending as a customer and gave the extra cups, I think it is discretionary and not an unreasonable request. Since the owner decided to use his discretion to tell a paying customer to kick rocks over 10 cups customer service doesn't seem to be a priority for the owner and I wouldn't recommend getting any larger coffee orders here.

I ordered from the store today and asked for one bagel screw down. She said, “I cant do it,” so all the stores do that. I just don’t know about here. You just won’t do it.

I usually go to the Wall Dunkin. They have great coffee and usually fast. The man at the cashier/window is never friendly and very rude. Today, he might as well have thrown my food at me they way he gave it to me. So rude.

Computer was down so they decided that they couldn’t help anyone. What ever happened to customer service? Are we now that tied to the computer where they can’t figure out how to make a breakfast sandwich or pickup a donut from the case without it? Either do manual cash transactions or turn off the open sign and close. Don’t lure people in just to tell them that they wasted the time parking and getting out of the car or sitting in the drive thru line.
