Last night I wanted something different. With that being said, I got the kale buffalo chk'n wrap and lentil soup from here and it was out of this world delicious. I love lentils and the flavors in the soup from here were incredible. I will definitely be back.

Not a good experience. For a place thatās vegan, they should have had an ingredient list for all foods. Couldnāt find my very allergic son hardly anything to eat. The girl at the counter could hardly help me. Wound up buying him an order of over-priced sweet potato fries and once they sat down to eat, my other two kids werenāt allowed to eat their other food at the table that they brought. In from a fast food place. Just let the kids eat, seriously. Very turned off, wonāt spend another dollar at this store and Iām big into eating healthy and spending money for food thatās well worth it! Iām a mom of three thatās been out all day with three kids, you could have just sold me something else for my son to eat and let my husband and poor three kids sit and eat in the restaurant while I was getting my hair blown out next door. Never again!

I drove 45 minutes with my husband to try Greens and Grains, excited to experience something new. We had already decided on our meals before arriving but unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that basic substitutions were not allowed. I requested a simple meat swap to turkey instead of salami and ham, while keeping the sub as listed, but was told it wasnāt possible. Additionally, their seitan cheesesteak couldnāt be made with an alternative cheese selection.
As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of efficiency, but also the value of accommodating customers within reason. The rigid, pre-portioned approach made the experience feel inflexible and unwelcoming. Ultimately, we left without ordering as there were no options to adjust meals to our preferences.
Iām giving 2 stars instead of 1 because we didnāt get to try the food, so I canāt comment on quality. However, based on this experience, we wonāt be returning or recommending this place to others. I hope they consider making small accommodations to improve customer satisfaction.
This place was horrible there was supposed to be tomato and onion and lettuce on my cheesesteak also sauce that I also didnāt get.. this place was an hour drive for me.. it was the only dinner I was eating mind youā¦ all it was was fake vegan steak and cheese wiz on a roll dry as hell. Iām very disappointed definitely wouldnāt recommend.
