The burger was bland, roll stale, and the sweet potato fries were very soggy. 2 people $64 for lunch, only water to drink, a bit much. Service very good. Wouldn’t return.

My friend and I loved this restaurant! I wish they would come to my area in Albany, New York. Great atmosphere, delicious healthy food including amazing vegan options and excellent coffee! And last, but not least, the staff is absolutely wonderful! Jamie, Brian, and Jenn were so friendly and accommodating. Jamie even had the courtesy and presence of mind to let me know the chips that came with my meal were not vegan. It may not seem like much to most people, but I so appreciated it. If you’re in Point Pleasant, New Jersey, I highly recommend this restaurant!

-TLT - 9.5/10 excellent
-Green smoothie - 4/10. Was pleased that it used whole fruit for sweetener, but it tasted like there was no fruit in it at all. Would have been much tastier with a higher percent of the apple and banana
-Vegan big boy - I only tried my partner's tofu scramble and sausage from this. The sausage was pretty good but did not taste anything like sausage. I was shocked she said it was meant to be sausage; it was more like a kinda bland fried bready medallion. The tofu scramble was also way undersalted.
Was very pleased to see the menu clearly labeled for which items were vegan, but the food was a bit hit or miss. Would give it another try though because there were a fair amount of vegan items on the menu
I must’ve gone to this place on a really bad day because the reviews were pretty good compared to my experience. The table was sticky, floor was dirty, food was terrible. The waiters were nice. I started feeling pretty sick not long after eating there. I will not be going back.

Went for lunch to beat the heat and have a nice salad. Was fresh and delicious. Recommend you give them a try. Many healthy options and juices also.

Benedict was delish, and the specialty cold brew coffee was great. Lovely health conscious spot with a wide ranging menu.

Called at 2:43 young lady said to come in that they’d serve us
We arrived at 2:47 only to be turned away by young man at door
So they pretty much wasted our time
Not impressed
Very good healthy options for gluten free and vegan. Gluten free French toast were very good. It is a bit pricey.
Can you believe that a burger COST $23.49 that’s unbelievable and guess what the funny part is? The burger doesn’t even come with fires you get a $3 bag of chips with it so ludicrous never ordering from here again!!!
Wait I’m sorry I lied they added fired to the order now instead of the bag chips and guess what it’s $25 for a burger and fires what times are we living in and 24oz smooth is $17
And a small bagel that cost $8 and it literally hurts your stomach because of there vegetarian cream cheese. The bagel I get from Exxon across the street taste better and it’s bigger and cheaper there is not one thing on there menu that’s affordable!!! Also stop deleting your reviews buddy
A lot of the restaurants in this part of New Jersey are very tasty, but not the healthiest. Local Urban Kitchen is notable for having a very large and extensive menu, so something for everyone no matter what kind of mood you’re in, but a focus on high quality, healthy fresh ingredients. Our meals were delicious and I can’t wait to come back and try something different next time.
My husband and I have eaten @ LUK in the Point Pleasant and Wall twpt location several times over the years. The prices have gone up, while the quality has gone down. I question what food there is actually Organic? Here's why, I ordered take out for my kids while my husband and I ate at the resturant. When we arrived home, I noticed that the chips, offered with the sandwiches on the menu, were the worst quality I've ever seen. The ingredients list was long, and filled with seed oils, artifical ingredients and chemicals!! Why would an Organic eatery offer such poor quality chips, when there are better options? I have eaten the chips many, many times thinking that they were a reasonable quality coming from an organic establishment. I would have never known about the chips had we not ordered takeout. Make no mistake, they are the same chips that come with the sandwiches on the side of your plate if you don't opt for the French fries. Yes, I know chips are not a healthy option, but what they are serving you is straight poison. I bet mom's allow their children to get the chips thinking they are probably organic or at the very least, mindful ingredients. What else are they hiding? Look at the ingredient list, you decide. You can do better, LUK!!! What other garbage did they feed me for years? How can you say your an Organic eatery? Everyone's shirts say Organic with a beautiful logo of a tree with roots on the back of the shirt. This suggests, Organic, fresh, farm to table type dining. Great marketing served with a side of poison!
