poor slow service hardly any cream cheese spread Basically $5 for just a bagel Will not return

I ordered three things on croissants but they were out of croissants which is fine, that happens, no big deal, but disappointing nonetheless. I got two chicken salad sandwiches and they didn’t taste like anything except for a little bit of pepper but it was like eating cold, chunky, nothing with lettuce and tomato. I also got classic croissant with a breakfast meat and an added hash brown but put in the notes “no egg please” and instead of sausage, cheese, and hashbrown I got a running egg, hashbrown, with cheese. I couldn’t tell you how it tasted because I didn’t eat it because there was yoke on everything so it wasn’t like I could just pick off the egg which I would have done if I could’ve. The people were really nice and it looked really nice inside. This was my first time trying this place and so maybe I just caught them on an off day and the chicken salad isn’t their strongest dish or something and they’re usually better but I was dissatisfied with everything I ordered. I didn’t like the food but the people were very nice.Edit:I gave the egg and cheese to my sister and she said that it was “worse than mediocre. Edible, but not good” and that it was a hashbrown with one piece of cheese, one running egg, smothered in ketchup. She doesn’t normally get ketchup on her sandwiches though, so grain of salt.

Bagel choices are very good! Different kinds I've never seen before. Friendly and fast service. The only thing is that the refrigerator in the back with juices is VERY loud! Can't hear myself think!

Wow this place went down hill, never acknowledged me I was standing at the counter for 5 minutes patiently with no one in there and they just never took my order.... it was kind of bizarre anyway never going back we would spend alot of money here getting sandwiches for everyone at work etc.. oh

Ever since the 1 guy passed away and the 1 manager left its gotten bad,Im always getting the same 3 things on my sandwich and they mess it up I even watched the person cooking it add what I didnt want even though my order is on the screen right in front of them to where I say "that better not be my sandwich, look at the screen". 1 time they had to remake my sandwich twice. Either some of the employees need to listen better at what Im ordering or they need to do a better job ringing me up. I now drive couple extra miles to go to the 1 off deal road. Im done with this location.

Never got food. Waited for 5 minutes while server chatted with a friend. Other worker never looked up from her phone. You should at least acknowledge a customer’s presence. Very rude. I walked out.

Took order at counter. Order was done incorrectly even when looking at computer screen over and over. Took 15 minutes to get wrong order and taste was sub par.

Waited over 20 minutes for 2 bagel sandwiches. Both orders were wrong. And had to wait for them to be remade. Will not return.

Would highly recommend coming to this location. Manager (or possibly the owner, wasn’t sure) was so welcoming when we walked in. He jumped to help even in the middle of what he was doing. I asked a couple questions and he thoroughly explained things. The staff were also super quick, even as it got busy, and really nice. I would go out of my way to come to this location any day.

Prioritizes the doordash orders over the people that come to the actual store and order.If you want to stand around for a good 30 minutes this is the place to do it. Will not be back.

Pretty terrible now, used to be better. It’s always understaffed, which is no one’s fault, but it’s not even convenient to stop anymore. The guy working in the morning on weekends has lousy customer service skills.

Stood waiting to place order yesterday while an older gentleman was on his phone for a while.I asked for a bagel with butter and a medium coffee…….$7.90 I said no way!!!Has the world gone nuts,I drove home and bought one locally for little more than half the price.
