1 star because I can’t give 0. Ordered through DoorDash at my job missing my L fry went to the store told me to pull up to the 2nd window. At the window they told me to contact DoorDash. The manager couldn’t tell me herself so she told an employee too. Disgusting place.

For some reason the inside service is slow. The food is fine and the workers are friendly and courteous. If you’re not ordering at one of the kiosks it takes awhile for someone to see you and take your order.

The guy in drive thru was so rude and barely coherent. He got the order wrong three times in a row and yelled at us. Just very bizarre experience. Not coming back.
This place is absolutely chopped the service is terrible- They don't great you in a good way they just said Ma'am hurry and give me your order! I was like ok well maybe there in a bad mood but he was like a dog fighting his enemy😭🤣 but when he gave me my McChicken it was kind of burnt and it was some weird insects in it plus I told them why do you not clean your trays and stuff! he said ma'am I work here you don't if you want to work at McDonald's go somewhere else! Like to I'm just asking. And he made me wait like all day.

This location is absolutely chopped. 1.) the location is dirty and disgusting 2.) no one speaks English 3.) they don't even have straws or napkins out or even acknowledge anyone 4.) orders are always messed up 5.) the food is always old and nasty

All they focus on is the drive-thru they let you stand there at the counter for literally 5 to 10 minutes they don't even acknowledge you and if they do look your way they just keep going on about their business and let you wait.
