Had an incredible meal. We shared a pizza as an appetizer and it was a cross between Neopolitan and thin crust. Delicious. I had the pork chop with vinegar peppers. Without question the best pork chop I've ever had. So tender and flavorful. The staff is friendly and attentive. Highly recommend.

Below average appetizers, entrees redeemed the experience, waited 20 minutes to pay. Beer tap / draft didn’t work. Popular spot but lacking charisma. Crawl, don’t run to this place.

Ordered a chopped salad, which wasn’t chopped at all. When I asked if the chef could chop it, they refused. They only had vinegar based salad dressings. Pizza was ordered well done and it came out totally undercooked. Service was terrible. Waited a long time for food and second order of drinks. This restaurant used to be great. Not sure what happened. It’s a good thing there’s plenty of other choices at the Jersey shore.

Went to Mossuto's last night for the first time and we had a wonderful time. The food was delicious and server was friendly. The pizza and chicken parm was very good. My wife had the linguini and clam sauce that was one of the best she's ever had. However, there is one thing to watch out for when paying the check. Like most restaurants they state on the menu a 2.5 %fee for credit card payment and that fee shows up on bill before you pay.We usually pay cash and this is something we notice happening more often. Other than that it was a lovely meal and we will be going back when in the area.

Overpriced, overrated, pizza was ok, but again overpriced, salad ridiculously tiny handful of lettuce and a cherry tomato and that’s it?. Won’t be back, ever. At least like to feel I’m getting a somewhat decent portion for the money.

We had the worst experience
I usually do not post but because we quietly brought it up to the team
We shared that our food was bad, she insisted that is was not it. It was clear that the food was over cooked and burnt “sure it may have been cooked a little long but it was edible “ NOT in our opinion ! Completely inedible.
Mossuto's is half deli, half restaurant, with a beautiful bar.
It has a great, old world feel. A great casual place!!!

Haven't been in about 6 months...disappointed although tasty dishes, meatballs shrunk and the pasta fagiola was half the size. We left hungry. My husband had the pasta with clam sauce, barely any pasta. Also Martini was so weak he had to send it back. We use to love it here....what's happened??
The staff were all great serving our large party. Nice atmosphere. The food I found to be hit or miss on some dishes. Meatballs are excellent. Vodka sauce dish very basic. Chicken dish was dry. Pizza is excellent. Clams fresh and tasty.

We’ve been going to Mossuto’s before it was a restaurant and it never disappoints. Great for the whole family. I love the pizzas and pastas if we eating there and the roasted tomatoes and fresh mozzarella are not to be missed! My daughter loves the meatballs and spaghetti. And of course the bread. Very kid-friendly as I’ve been taking my daughter there since she was very small.
