Panera’s food is decent, but the drive-thru is painfully slow every time. Even with just a few cars in line, it feels like it takes forever to get your order. Staff are polite, but the wait really ruins the convenience. Food’s okay—just not worth sitting in line that long.

Food was cold. The store was empty and my order was 3 bean burritos. Literally went 5 mins after placing the order. Food went straight to garbage. We worst taco bell ever.

Panera is a good fast food option. Tomato soup with French bread for dipping and Goddess Salad. I choose Panera over other fast food places anyday.

Always check your pickup order before you leave. Literally about 75% of the time that we get pickup or delivery they forget at least 1 of our items. It’s been going on for years.
We go to Panerai often and enjoy their food and drinks. Mt favorite is the broccoli cheddar soup.

Today my daughters went to pick up an order and the rudest older lady slammed the window closed bc my daughters didn’t realize they had to pick up dash order inside. You’re lucky I wasn’t the one in the car with them when this happened. How dare you be this unbelievably rude and unprofessional to two young polite girls. This place just keeps getting worst and worst. I rather drive to brick then go here. It’s making me not ever want to step into any Panera bread. How hard would have been to ask while in drive up what kind of order it was? Kept asking for their names multiple times and each time my daughter wanted to ask her what the issue was they rudely would closed the window on her mid talking. I wonder what she would do if someone treated her kids that way.
Came for Lunch today. Eduardo was the cashier and was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! HE WAS SO KIND AND PATIENT. THANK YOU SIR FOR HELPING ME TODAY . I WISH YOU ALL THE HAPPINESS THIS WORLD CAN OFFER! 🤩🥳🥳
