I have been to three Rook locations now. The coffee is great. It always tastes the same as the last time you ordered it, no matter the location, but this was the most chaotic location by far. Like forty customers in there. This woman that worked there was screaming out orders so loud when it was a customers' turn to pick up their coffee. I know there's a lot of people to project your voice over, but damn. That was shrill. Maybe they should get a microphone or take a number like a deli or something. I know she's probably just doing her job and what she was told but, this lady's gonna pop a blood vessel screeching like that. It should be chill vibes in there, not like the TSA or something.

Asked for a little bit of half in half and the drink was made wrong. The manager was friendly and asked the staff to remake my drink but the two employees (one with two space buns which is fitting & another with lots of piercings) behind the counter proceeded to joke about how I only wanted a little half & half and purposely make the drink wrong again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Probably the worst run operation in the state. Line outside is very long and employees won’t let you pick up your pre ordered coffee in the store that has 0 people in line. Could very easily move the mobile order cart outside and get people their coffee it’s not that hard. Never been refused something I ordered before. Employee very rude, not the rook it used to be

You can actually taste beans! Simple, bold and perfectly made!
Weakest cold brew I’ve ever had. Looked like black iced tea. Baristas were unfriendly and aloof. (Actually not really baristas, because they don’t have espresso!) Not even a hello when I walked in. Music was loud and aggressive. Order took forever. Everyone stands around in a cramped space waiting for their order.
