The best cold brew coffee in the world.
I have tried hundreds of cups of cold brew, and absolutely none have come close to Rook. You’ll simply need to try it and be enlightened.
I am so loyal to Rook that upon moving to Raleigh, NC I have continued ordering bottles of concentrate from them to continue drinking it almost daily - it’s that good.

More chaotic than PP. Needs better flow for in-store vs app pick-up, maybe separate the POS systems?
Maybe enter only by bathroom & exit only at the 2 doors? Or enter only at bathroom for app-pickup?
Definitely needs placards for specific lines in the summer. Several of us were told(by staff) one line got up front & told us we were in the wrong line & went to the back of other.
