Shake Shack

I had takeout that my partner brought home for me,so I can only comment on the quality of the food. I was happy to see a healthier alternative menu, but my vegetarian burger was horribly salty and it was not wrapped by lettuce but laid on a soggy lettuce leaf and topped with a couple of leaves of Romaine, more salt-bomb fried onions,a slew of raw onions. Not a pleasant experience. Maybecthecshakes are good.

This location is $13.00 more than Brick (not including tax) which is 15 minutes away, they don't honor the free burger promotion, and they don't have bbq sauce. With the free burger, our meal would have been $23.00 cheaper if we stopped in Brick. The food was good, but it's not worth the convenience of it being on the parkway, which is the only reason it's more expensive. Just stop in Brick if you are heading up the parkway or drive 15 minutes south you are traveling down the parkway.

Where do I start? My opinion is this place is extremely slow. Two chicken sandwiches, drinks and fries was $47. That's insane. My experience was extremely slow service for supposed fast food. But the worst is the employees working at a snails pace while conversing in Spanish with customers that are 15 to 20 feet away from the counter. That was loud and obnoxious. Yeah. I'm never coming back

Where do I start, I just came back from the beach and was absolutely starving. This is the first time I’ve been at this rest stop and was very happy to see the shake shack. The service was very fast, the place was very clean and holy moly this meal made my tip cry. The burger was so JUICY and the fries were delicious and the milkshake was amazing. 10/10 life changing burger and overall experience.

The service here is impeccable, so much so that I had to comment. One gentleman in particular kept this plac3 running like a well oiled machine.

Very clean and up to the Shake Shack name and standards. Service was relatively fast considering how many people were ahead of me.

its ok not dirty

Never been to shake shack don't think they have them in the south but the burger was very tasty

Burgers are tiny!
Only good thing is that the burger is tasty, otherwise I sent my kids to school with bigger lunches in kindergarten 🤣
