Not a large amount of food for a huge price

The order was wrong 3 times, and the food was cold. The servicer apologized. She was nice .but I was not happy with the food. I have eaten several of your restaurants and had no complaints. But the new one on 9 south left a bad taste in my mouth. When I reached home, I was physically sick and had to take meds to settle my stomach.

Don’t Go! Went to Shake shack on the garden state parkway at 10:00, said it was open until 11:00 and it was closed. 😡

Ridiculous...the burgers here got TINY. Talk about shrink-flation.

Clean bathrooms wish there was a POPEYS there!!

Went at 10pm and the girl behind counter said they were closed when it said 11pm. Otherwise we're still waiting for their food

It seemed like the chicken patties were either refried multiple times or cooked in overheated, reused oil. Additionally, I noticed an employee using their cell phone and then handling the French fries without changing their gloves.

I HATE that you don’t have the option to pay cash!!! Hello, not everyone has a card on them all the time!!!
