Wow whoever manages this place now is terrible. If anyone does…. Absolutely no service here. Our waiter was non existent the entire meal. Another waitress who came over was rude and our food was cold. Ordered a glass of wine and it never came out. No one cares. It’s a shame because it’s always been pretty good in the past. Will not be going back

The location is very nice and the portions are very good. The food was also very good. However, I did notice that it was less than clean in many areas. For examples, the vents in the ceiling looked they had never been cleaned. The vents over the hibatchi table we were at were also not as clean as they could have been - there were visable signs of grease.

Shogun always has excellent service and food… but we go here for our man, Chef JASON!!!! Thank you very much!!!!! Jason is an amazing chef. Our food always is cooked to perfection; not tough or overcooked like many other hibachi places. Jason exudes charisma and always is smiling, and we ask specifically for him to be our chef. Can’t say enough great things about him!!!

We visited this restaurant and sat at the bar. While the food itself was delicious and fresh, the service left a lot to be desired. The bartenders made no effort to be welcoming — no eye contact, no checking in on how the food was, and no water refills. Instead, they spent most of the time laughing and chatting with each other, making the atmosphere feel unprofessional and cold.
I ordered a drink with no ice, and it came with extra ice. When I pointed it out, instead of a simple apology or offering to fix it, the bartender just asked, “Do you want a straw?” It felt dismissive and honestly frustrating.
This place has great potential based on the food, but the service needs serious improvement. A more attentive and respectful staff would make a huge difference.

Excellent service 👌🏽 food was 10/10 ! The prices were very decent , you get a lot of food for the price you pay . I’ve always lived close by and never noticed the place but I will for sure be returning !
