When I see the negative reviews about service at this location, I'm wondering if people are viewing the wrong store.
Every single employee with which I have had a pleasure to have had any interaction should be the template for any current or new Starbucks employees in training. From Michelle, the manager, to Nick, Julie, Jake, Megs, Liz, Hailey, and the other employees whose names escape me right now, take exceptional pride of ownership in every single aspect of there job.
Even first thing in the morning, when the drive-through is backed up due solely to volume, I've never had to wait for more than 10 seconds at the counter for someone to either take my order or tell me that they would be with me in just a moment. It runs like a well oiled machine and their teamwork is practically as fluid as a hockey team.
Several baristas remember and recite my drink order before I even start to speak.. I'm welcomed (often by name) when I walk in and they very often bring my coffee or sandwich to my table when time permits.
I've always considered it very unfortunate that not enough people share their positive experiences at any venue. Poor reviews are often related to small and honest mistakes or demanding and selfish patrons. That's probably why I'm being so effusive in my praise.
The interior is spacious, comfortable, clean and welcoming and the crew kicks ass....

The drink I received was completely different from what I ordered. I asked to have the milk foam replaced or to have a new drink made. She rolled her eyes at me and had a terrible attitude!

I usually never go to this location but I was in the area and wanted to try it, when I came in no one even acknowledged me as I stood by the register, for 5 MINUTES! I guess they only care about the drive through at this location. And when someone came over to help me with a “what do you want” they told me they were out of the one thing I wanted. Never left a Starbucks this upset before, definitely won’t be returning, will stay to my usual Starbucks!!!

I don’t know what’s going on with the gingerbread syrup this season but it’s not good. Either the new syrup is completely flavorless or the barista consistently forgets to put the syrup in my latte all together. It always just taste like coffee and oat milk. I’ve gotten cortados, americanos & lattes and none of them ever taste like gingerbread when I order them. I think out of the 20+ drinks I’ve gotten since the Christmas flavors came out, my coffee was decent 2 times. It’s frustrating to wait all year for your favorite syrup, pay between $5-$8 per drink and never get what you asked for.
I've come here many times to get work done. One time, my car wouldn't start and the manager Harry came out to jump my car so it would start. This is one of the best Starbucks in the area and I so appreciate the kindness of the employees, specifically Harry for helping me get my car started. Thank you!

This crew is a fast paced pro team firing on all cylanders. Manager however is a bit all over the place and her demeanor somehow stresses me out, always making gestures and has a rambunctious way. The team, however, is unfazed! My only complaint is the tables are sticky, 5 days in a row sticky, and dirty underneath on the floor, even early before 8am. I am impressed with the crew and they crush it!

Coffee tastes bitter and has a terrible aftertaste. You might want to get the automatic coffee machines serviced or calibrated. I haven’t had this experience at other locations.
Clean friendly staff! Beautiful inside. Little slow with making drinks inside. Definitely take care of pickup and drive thru 1st. Overall nice place and my kids love the cake pops

Every weekend here is hit or miss with if you'll actually get what you ordered. There's only 2 employees that are pleasant to interact with all the rest are stand offish as if I'm inconveniencing then by ordering anything. I'll be going somewhere else now, probably dunkin
