The person who answered the phone doesn't know what she's doing repeat the spelling 3 times time get rid of her. And our pizza is always not too hot the driver is weird didn't give us a receipt we ask how much he said $ 30 . In my opinion need to hire more experience drivers and someone who has experience in answered the phones. Gina is really nice and the food is good you will get more people if you make changes. Does anyone agree with me. Every time we call to make a order there's a problem that young girl doesn't know what she's doing. I don't want to order elsewhere..

The best Authentic Phiily Cheesteak you can find down the shore! Vinnie’s cheesesteak’s are top notch. The bread is perfect!! You recognize the quality of the steak and never do you get the burnt grill taste a lot of Jersey shore cheesesteaks have. Always a happy day when i get a Vinnie’s Cheesesteak!
Terrible customer service, I ordered ahead of time by phone and I had a funny feeling that the person who took my order did not know what they were doing and sure enough when I got there my order was not in the system nor was the persons order in front of me!! The owner was rude and did not offer an apology rather she was very defensive, whining that her delivery driver took the order and it was his first day. I was a repeat customer and I am usually very tolerant because these things happen, however because of the way she handled this, I immediately left the store instead of waiting for them to process my order! I will never return!!!
I think they should make sure whoever answers the phone has the proper training before inconveniencing their customers!!!!

Have ordered from here and generally like the food, especially the cheesesteaks. Today, however, was not so good. First, the asked for sauce on the side of the cheesesteak, and received NONE. Then, thought we try a meatball parm sub as well. Big mistake. The sub, which SHOULD have been wrapped in waxed paper, was wrapped in foil. All of the cheese stuck to the foil, and when I tried to scrape it off, bits of foil came with it, so the cheese had to be tossed. When I order a meatball parm, it should come with the cheese on the sandwich, not on the foil. So we paid extra for cheese that we couldn’t eat. You’re better than this, Vinny’s!!

Visiting from out of town and found this place- absolutely love it!! Will be a staple for all future trips to the Jersey Shore. Pizza by the slice- a dozen different flavor combos, plus the rest of the menu. Service was friendly and personal, too.

Ordered a plain pie, eggplant parm sub, pasta, and garlic knots for my family.
Eggplant parm sub was rubbery. Wife agreed. I had to literally toss it out.
Plain pie was a 4.5 out of 10.0 at best. Boring, not flavorful.
Pasta with sauce was just as bad as the eggplant parm sub.
Garlic knots tasted stale.
Best part was the salad that was came with the pasta.
Basically, $50 down the drain.
I always wanted to try this place, and it has been around for a long time. Not sure how it survived.
This place shall be on my banned list.
Food quality every time matters, and it was not just one item. All except the salad was gross.
1 star for the salad.
Took an hour to get, ice cold, tastes like garbage and $20. Never again
