Their fries have been consistently bad for months now (idk how no one working there hasn’t tried them or figured out what’s going wrong) - they looked cooked at face value, but when you bite into it - it’s like a bread texture (they’re not cooked & they’re better when I re-fry them). The last 4 chicken sandwiches I have ordered (idk why I keep giving them more chances) have been absolutely not edible & disgusting. I have brought them back. It doesn’t even look or feel like real chicken. We give this place a lot of business, but I think we’re going to start trying a different location.

went drive thru and asked for a deluxe crispy chicken sandwich, drove away with two cheeseburgers? circled back and the guy looked at me like i was an idiot trying to explain what i ordered. somehow left there with two deluxe chicken sandwiches… idk what happened here.

This place is a complete disaster. The food is premade and moldy, and they never hold the sauce, even through we always ask them to. Please go somewhere else

Just like any other fast food places, they try. The soda machine did not work, the other machine spit out ice everywhere. The ketchup tastes funky and my husband told the workers with no response. We got package ketchup. We normally like Wendy's, but I wouldn't go back to this one again.

Tried their chicken biscuit breakfast sandwich for the first time, it was pretty awful. The chicken was hard and dry and so was the biscuit...
I get that it's fast food soo my expectations are already pretty low, but how do you mess up a chicken biscuit .. Great way to start my Monday.

This location always gets our order correct and the staff is always helpful and respectful. Eneilda filled our order tonight and she was a pleasure to speak with. We appreciate that this location has such late hours because life happens and you realize it’s 11pm and you never ate dinner 😁 Great food too!

My husband can’t have salt. We ordered our food without salt The cashier got really upset about it.
Gentleman manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He would not let my order get picked up without my phone being present and that has never been something that was required any time I’ve ever been and by the time I got back from trying to pick it up for a SECOND TIME it was cold. Refused to give us our sauces that we asked for even though I did an $50 order.
