Gentleman manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful. He would not let my order get picked up without my phone being present and that has never been something that was required any time I’ve ever been and by the time I got back from trying to pick it up for a SECOND TIME it was cold. Refused to give us our sauces that we asked for even though I did an $50 order.

JP has shown exceptional customer service to me every time I come in. A few months ago I ordered through your app and selected the store in freehold, when I arrived at this location she made me aware that I sent my order to the wrong location and immediately made a call to your other location so they could take it off of their orders and had her team fulfill my order. JP deserves recognition for her efforts. I’ve worked in sales all my life and they don’t make them like JP anymore! JP you are GOLDEN!!

Wendy’s actually updated their salads from what I remember. I got the apple pecan salad and it was quite good. I also got the orange creamsicle frosty and it was AmAzINg!Also got some general items for my husband. Spent like 40 bucks which seemed crazy, but everything is expensive these days, right?

Out of all of the Wendy’s in the area this one is the worst. The quality of the food compared to other wendys or any fast food in the area is just poor. Nuggets seemed like they have been sitting out all day i could not bare to eat them. The workers don’t seem to care too much from what i’ve seen and they have gotten my order wrong a couple times before.
