What started as a family night quickly turned sour—loud music, stale chips, and mediocre food and drinks. To make matters worse, I was hit with an “admin fee.” When I questioned it, I was told their POS system automatically adds it. The manager tried to remove it, but we were still charged. On top of that, we were also billed a credit card fee. Nowhere on the menu is there any mention of these hidden charges. Loved it! Guacamole with fried plantains was delicious. I had the steak with garlic shrimp, very good. My friends enjoyed their dishes too. Drinks were also great- I had the Cucumber Margarita with Don Julio & it was very refreshing on a hot summer day. Trendy atmosphere and cool murals. Service was wonderful- friendly, attentive & knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.
