Took my family including my mom with her Rollator. This was her first time at the inn and we were hoping to get the best views of the beautiful mountains and deer and we did!!! The staff especially Lee and our waitress were both very accommodating and treated us like family. It was a very special day and absolutely perfect in every way! The food, hospitality and views all amazing!!! thank you!!!!

I travel a distance to go to the Walpack Inn, because I enjoy the seafood boil concept. The brown bread and salad bar are fantastic. I want go give a five star rating on food, but after my third seafood boil, the kitchen can’t seem to put out hot food. It has always been lukewarm warm at best. I don’t understand the problem. I’m not traveling over an hour for lukewarm seafood. There’s some type of disconnect in the kitchen for this to happen. Please fix this so I can come back and enjoy your restaurant. Seafood, especially, has to be served “HOT”. Everything else is always perfect, including the servers.

We had a wonderful experience eating here this past weekend. Our waitress, Barbara, was attentive, courteous, and a joy to talk with. The food was excellent and the scenery gorgeous. Cannot recommend this place enough!

Food was good service was good.
Atmosphere is rustic. It's a one time stop and see and try, but wouldn't go back. Not worth the trip or the money. Expensive.

Staff 100%
Food 80% bit expensive for pub grub, chips like McDonald's.
Building is still same but gone are the beams of stories from 100s of years of marsh life.
It felt vandalised.
Not for me anymore, but your probably love it .

Service was off last night, very slow. Took almost 30 minutes to get my drink and never got a glass of water. Food was delicious and the atmosphere always friendly.

Disappointed in the prime rib. Steak was very fatty and more rare than medium. I'm really surprised as our first experience with the. Was amazing, the prime rib at that time could melt in your mouth

Great rustic atmosphere and service. Sadly way too cold with the AC and the food was good but everything could’ve been much hotter. The “brown bread” did live up to its high praise. As someone who loves salads, the supposed famous salad bar wasn’t anything special - I expected more options. I was able to make the crab cakes my entree and they were thick and great portion (But, again not hot and wish warmer). The remoulade wasn’t spicy which is just the way I prefer so kudos to that. Overall a good experience, ambiance, and meal.
