I’d seen the posts on FB about this restaurant and decided it was worth the journey of 2 hours to get there from Bucks county New Hope area. The verdict ~ it was definitely worth the trip. The food, service and authentic rustic original atmosphere was definitely worth our time in travel. Food was bland and expensive. Service was good. Atmosphere outdated needs a little TLC. Smells old and musty. Sign out front needs a coat of paint and weeds pulled out. Put some flowers out and around.
This is not the same Walpack Inn we’ve known and loved through the years. I’m sad to say that service and food aren’t what they used to be. I will miss this place, what it once was.
