I waited months for the new renovation to be over and finally when it was open I was excited. Unfortunately my first order back was cold. My whopper was cold and onion rings were cold. Did not enjoy my meal at all. The next time I went I was waiting in the drive thru just to realize there are two order lanes to order food now. I watch people cut in the other lane and order their food before me. I mentioned it in the window and instead of taking my order right away he made me wait...read full review
Took 30 minutes to get order via the drive thru.
I ordered a cheeseburger, even checked the screen to make sure my order was correct.
Got home to find a Junior Chicken Sandwich in my bag.
And here I thought employees and regular customers were straying away from this location due to nonsense. Funny.
Bring a Wendy's to this location...PLEASE.
