Workers are like in slow motion, take more than 25 minutes to make three breakfast sandwich, when I finally got the sandwiches, one of the breakfast sandwiches is missing a sausage. So I have to wait another extra minutes and guess what happened, the hashbrown was cold. And it was not busy at that time,only 2 costumer from of me and behind me. Manager was Fawooz.

Ordered a few bites at the drive thru… when I arrived at the pickup window I paid for my meal and was waiting for it to be prepped. Someone else came to the window and immediately asked me “What delivery was I here to pick up?” I had to correct her and inform her I just made a purchase and my family and I (all in the same car) were simply waiting for the meals sans insults. lNo hello… welcome to BK… nothing. I wonder what about me gave the appearance of food delivery driver. Customer service and training could use a refresher at minimum. I do recommend the double whopper, extra mayo and hold the racism please.

For some reason come sun down, these people at this location do not give a single darn about you or your time or your money.
No other fast food location I have been to consistently drops the ball like this specific establishment. Almost to the point where you think they don’t even want your business.

This location has gone completely downhill since they reopened, the drive thru is slow, orders are consistently wrong and missing items. Last order two breakfast items were cold, not sure how that happened after waiting almost 10 minutes for the food.

A bit confusing, because the staff I was saying my order to didn’t sound like they spoke English.. but it was okay, but still sounded confusing. Although the food was great, it did take a while for someone to actually go on the cash register and take orders. At least five minutes or so, I had to wait there with my little sister for quite a bit time… (edit: just found out they got my order wrong, the star will be changed to 2 stars than 3.)
