I have always seen and heard about terrible managers and how some franchises are blind to what’s going on in certain food chains. Today takes the cake. As I’m waiting to get my order the guy that is running the store was very unprofessional and definitely doesn’t know how to treat his employees. The young lady who was very nice and polite made a bagel and didn’t put enough cream cheese was embarrassed in front of customers. That dude made her cry by snatching the bag and threw it on the counter and reprimanded her in a very disrespectful way “what’s wrong is this!!” She tried to explain and he just threw the bag in the trash and made her feel so bad . You just saw the tears coming out that poor girls face. Not the way I wanted to start my day… He definitely needs to be trained or something.

Here daily since it's near my boo's job. Thanks for cooking our breakfast every day. The meal deal is very affordable and tasty. I just wish I could have matcha in meal deal lol I always use the app for offers and rewards!

If I could put ZERO I would. Came to open my order that was completely botched. Asked for LOADED hashbrowns was given plain in a cup with no crumbled bacon. Asked for a toasted sourdough sandwich with White cheddar and EXTRA SAUCE was literally given a soggy sandwich American cheese. Top TOP it all off asked for the glazed blueberry donut and was given the mediocre plain glazed donut. Get it together or fire the damn employees. Get right!!! Should be ashamed I paid over $40.+ and I should have just went to a diner for better food. Never again!!!!!!!!

I used to go to this dunkin every morning before they remodeled. Must've been a change in ownership. Every time I have been there since they remodeled, I've walked out empty handed. 3x I went for donuts and all they had were a variety of maybe 4 types of donuts. They never have any donuts. Just tried going in and the worker just stared at me and shook his head but was not saying anything. I asked, no what? He told me they were closed. It was 940pm... I had just watched someone walk out with a beverage as I pulled in. Where's the DONUTS?!?!

It’s filthy, no soap has ever been in the ladies room. It says Baskin Robins - they have maybe 3 ice creams - the whole store is a dive.

This experience was horrible, the management and the flow of how orders were taken, food was made and how it was distributed was done very poorly. It took us extremely way too long to get our meal. Not to mention, the employees are talking and laughing while they are behind on orders. I tried my hardest not to say anything, but I should have.
I only applied cream between the cookies. I didn't get toast or anything else. Why did I get ripped off like this in another shop that was only 4 miles away when I was paying 11 dollars for it at the butler?

I got to dunkin at 9:40, I understand that it’s cutting it close to closing but when you say your store closes at 10 the doors should not be locked at 9:40. Extremely disappointed especially since this is one of the few dunkin’s in my area that is open at this hour.
