It’s filthy, no soap has ever been in the ladies room. It says Baskin Robins - they have maybe 3 ice creams - the whole store is a dive.

This experience was horrible, the management and the flow of how orders were taken, food was made and how it was distributed was done very poorly. It took us extremely way too long to get our meal. Not to mention, the employees are talking and laughing while they are behind on orders. I tried my hardest not to say anything, but I should have.

I only applied cream between the cookies. I didn't get toast or anything else. Why did I get ripped off like this in another shop that was only 4 miles away when I was paying 11 dollars for it at the butler?

I got to dunkin at 9:40, I understand that it’s cutting it close to closing but when you say your store closes at 10 the doors should not be locked at 9:40. Extremely disappointed especially since this is one of the few dunkin’s in my area that is open at this hour.

The English muffins are always under toasted. It's like someone toasted them for 4.5 seconds. It would be tastier if we were able to have actual toasted English muffins or maybe make it so you can order it extra toasted (more like, actually toasted) on the app.
