Can't read and understand what people ordered and don't respect customer request when I ask for no peppers and onions and I get my sandwich and there on there...thanks for destroying my lunch you all should be fired shameful ..should hire people that know how to read and understand English!!!! Lat time i will ever oder from there ...stay far away from this place !!!!

Uodate: i ordered at 12 and got in an accident within site of the sh o. At 730 went to pick it up and they insisted on making a fresh sandwich. What an awesome team at this shop.
Love JM'S in general. Always clean polite well run. Just met Matt the manager and this is a great JM'S store.

I just ordered a cheesesteak through doordash. This is the worst Cheesesteak I've ever had for them it used to be very good but not anymore. The peppers and the onions are so hard you can barely chew them. They are supposed to be soft in a Cheesesteak they're awful and it ruins the whole cheesesteak. Also the bread does not taste like the fresh bread they used to use it seems like it was microwaved in certain spots. Just a very awful cheesesteak from Jersey Mike's in Haskell. did something change in this store? The food is not good like it used to be.

Jersey Mikes needs to train its new employees better. We asked for a chicken chipotle sandwich and were given a mushroom and pepper sandwich. We came back and got the new sandwich and they put the wrong bread on it . As a loyal customer please be sure your employees understand their job.Thank you!
I wish I had another star to add for Service and Atmosphere! We stopped here after several hours of driving and one of the people working stopped his cleaning to open the door for us and welcome us in. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Everything was clean (including the bathrooms), tables were wiped off and everything was well-stocked. The sandwiches we ordered were done very well and tasted great! Keep up the great work!!

I love jersey mikes but I have to say Matt at this location is going above and beyond customer service as well as speed and keeping the place going. He is very friendly and made everyone’s sandwich so fast we were in and out in a Jersey minute. He deserves a raise, praise & lots of love!!!!!!
