Jersey Mikes needs to train its new employees better. We asked for a chicken chipotle sandwich and were given a mushroom and pepper sandwich. We came back and got the new sandwich and they put the wrong bread on it . As a loyal customer please be sure your employees understand their job.Thank you!

I wish I had another star to add for Service and Atmosphere! We stopped here after several hours of driving and one of the people working stopped his cleaning to open the door for us and welcome us in. The rest of the staff was also very friendly. Everything was clean (including the bathrooms), tables were wiped off and everything was well-stocked. The sandwiches we ordered were done very well and tasted great! Keep up the great work!!

I love jersey mikes but I have to say Matt at this location is going above and beyond customer service as well as speed and keeping the place going. He is very friendly and made everyone’s sandwich so fast we were in and out in a Jersey minute. He deserves a raise, praise & lots of love!!!!!!

Barely there meat and cheese. We always get Turkey and provolone, and Roast beef and provolone every week so we know the difference. It's been worse every week. Less and less for the same $$. Raise the price then Mike instead if shorting your customers. We are not stupid

I like this place, the staff is great and very friendly and love JM's in general. However, I went at lunchtime on Monday, and the bathroom was extremely dirty and nasty. I understand you have lunchtime rushes and a lot of contractors, but please clean it more often and fix the broken toilet seat. I knocked off 2 stars for that. Normally, I would give this location 5 stars.

Update- CLEAN THE BATHROOM. As many people think, the bathroom can be a reflection of the cleanliness of places you cannot see as a customer as well. This bathroom is absolutely disgusting. The sink is dirty. , There's pee all over the floor and on the toilet that's been there for a very long time. This is just gross. I know the staff are teenagers but they're like deer in headlights when you talk to them. I feel pretty confident that my sandwich maker was high.Out of all the JM, this is my favorite. The guys there are so nice, fun and have a great vibe. I went there the other day and was waiting behind a big order. They made me so happy with the jovial nature and helped me as soon as possible. Those guys made my night after a long day. Great job with this staff JM! Excellent experience there, always!
THE BEST JERSEY MIKES IN THE AREA. The staff are so good at what they do I swear they were born to make perfect sandwiches. They never ever mess up an order and they actually give you time to tell them what you want on your sandwich vs other locations that put onions on it before you can say “no onions please”. If you don’t know what to get they will suggest something that isn’t on the menu board and it’s guaranteed to be delicious. Super kind, super clean, A++ vibes, will always be my favorite place to get a sandwich even tho inflation has my wallet in a chokehold.
