One hour wait for coffee

Definitely not a good place to get food or coffee. I bought avocado toast from there and the bread wasn’t toasted or even warm and when I asked about it they lied and said it was and I was mistaken. There is NEVER a manager around when you need to speak to someone. Just avoid this place!

I always get my cookie butter latte from newton walmart. came to this one in Wantage because it's closer, ordered the same, taste like water. sent it back to only get one that taste like black coffee. threw it out and my daughters and went to newton. always delicious worth the drive.

Ordered a refill of plain black coffee in my reusable cup of plain black coffee and was Charged double the price of a regular coffee. The employee refused to listen To my question and engage in a reasonable conversation about the issue

I've been a customer at this Dunkin' Donuts for several years, and I have to say, my experience with the coffee has been quite disappointing. While I appreciate the convenience and the somewhat friendly staff, the coffee is consistently underwhelming. The flavor can vary significantly from visit to visit, making it hard to know what to expect. Overall, it's a decent spot, but the coffee quality definitely needs some attention.

This isn’t the first time that this Dunkin has forgotten to put a straw for my iced coffee in the bag of food or even hand along with the coffee in the drive thru but today we did attempt to go inside just to grab a straw but the doors were locked. And then when trying to get one of the 4 staff member’s attention inside, one of them noticed and she didn’t even open the door and just waived to go to the drive thru which had a line of cars already. So we left and went to Starbucks to grab a straw. And to top it all off, coffee taste burnt. Probably last time that we will go to this Dunkin.

Went through drive thru and the girl at the window had a bad attitude. I asked for more cream in my iced coffee, turns out the coffee was wrong and had milk. She remade it but wasn’t listening to what the correct order was. She got it wrong so I went inside to get a new one. The girl at the counter looked at me like I was annoying her before I said anything to her. No hello or greeting. I explained to her what the problem was and she questioned why there was no sticker on my cup. I explained that I just got it in the drive thru. She did not apologize/offer a new one until I pressed the issue. I asked for a manager and was told there was no manager in today. I guess that’s why the staff members were all in a crappy mood? Reasons why Starbucks is better and worth the cost difference.

this store is the reason i refuse to give this company another penny. they constantly screw up orders, keep the worst hours. and run out of donuts by 3pm on a weekday
