I went to this Dunkin looking for Madde and Kylee since they always give the best service but unfortunately they weren’t there. I was greeted by some rude lady named Gabbi. I asked for no egg and received egg meanwhile I’m allergic. Do not ask for Gabbi, her attitude is poor and obviously doesn’t listen very well.

Getting real sick of the newly dyslexic worker who can’t read. Not sure what’s going on at this Dunkin but the past few weeks on weekends in the morning when I order a drink if I asked for two milks and three sugars, I get three milks and two sugars. If I ask for extra sweetener flavor and less milk, i get more milk and less flavor. You try to contact corporate about it and they just tell you that the store will follow up with it like I don’t need to talk to a manager. I need you to be able to read the order and make it properly.

The only local Dunkin location I trust. I get Dunkin every evening before my shift and the regular crew I see Wed-Fri is phenomenal. I order the same thing and it's (almost) always perfect. The crew is fast, hardly any wait after 5pm and they're always super nice. The other Dunkin locations are trash in comparison so I don't even bother getting coffee closer to work. I cheated on my home location a few times and it was a regretful experience 😂

I recently visited the Dunkin’ in Sussex, NJ and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, it’s convenient and open early for your morning coffee and donut fix. The layout is straightforward and there’s parking available, which makes the stop pretty easy.

However, there were a few issues that stood out:
The staff seemed distracted and didn’t proactively greet or engage with customers at the counter. I asked about the total for my order and had to wait for them to pull up the screen before telling me — felt less smooth than it should.
My drink arrived lukewarm, and I didn’t feel confident that the hand‑off from the barista to me was done with precision.
The order packaging looked a little rushed and the area around the condiment station could have used more attention.

Final thoughts:
If you’re in a hurry and just need a basic coffee or donut, this Dunkin works. But if you’re looking for consistently polished service or a relaxed atmosphere, there’s room for improvement. I might return, but I’m hoping for a smoother visit next time.

So sickening to see cry babies do nothing but cry over the most stupid crap . Wah I didn't get a tea bag on the side , they put it in the cup. Why does it matter ? You collecting a damn tea bag ? When a place is busy and you are being a karen crying over a tea bag is sad and pathetic .these people aren't the owners and you bitching at them is sad . I go there often and I never really had an issue and if I do they definitely take care of it . Maybe if the bathroom wasnt to your satisfaction and you mention it im sure they cleaned it . Relax dude ..its not that serious .

On my way to Pennsylvania, I decided to sit down and have some tea while taking care of urgent tasks I needed to do on the computer. I ordered a large tea. Whenever I go to Starbucks or Dunkin’, I always order a large and request the second tea bag to be given unopened on the side. Until today, nobody ever told me that this wasn’t possible. At the counter, the girl said it wasn’t allowed—that she either had to put both tea bags in the cup or only give me one. I asked if she was sure, and she said she was. I ended up taking the tea with just one tea bag, but I still paid the large size price. The issue here isn’t the money—it was the very poor attitude. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and there was no soap available. For such a big brand, the staff’s approach was very inadequate. They need to be more considerate; I think additional training would be beneficial as well.

I remember this dunkin used to be decent. I went 3 times the past 3 weeks and they screwed up my order each time. Donuts to coffee... on top of that the attitude. My friend and I requested extra ketchup and the lady there had this huge attitude about it. The pumpkin spice lattes are just regular coffee and the bacon looks really questionable compared to any other dunkin. Don't recommend.

The lobby is always closed an hour before 7 when it is posted that the lobby closes. Which I still think is too early. Multiple times I have tried. Have to bring my service elsewhere

Best Dunkin around, it’s the customers that make you wait in line for ridiculous times because some people are rude and order ridiculous amounts of food at drive thru because they are too lazy to go inside.

I hit the drive through occasionally for a treat. Everyone is always pleasant and the drinks are consistently good

We went through the drive-through and got our order pretty quickly. The food was hot. The reason why I gave four stars is because my drink was only about 3/4 of the way full. For what you pay for these drinks, they should be filled to the top.

Only drive through it’s getting ridiculous. There was 2 people inside just in case you respond that only 1 person was working.

Absolutely the worst Dunkin. Kids working, no adults. No customer service. Hassel about coupons...Maybe take a lesson from Andy's DD in Newton.
