Honestly disappointed. Spent over $40 and nothing was good. The bagel sandwich came with Taylor ham chopped into the eggs instead of actual slices, and it just threw the whole thing off. The prices here are way up there, and for what you get, it’s definitely not worth it. Nothing is worse than spending that much money on food that ends up being horrible.

Second time at bagel tree's new shop, ordered western omelette with home fries and wheat toast.
Omelette perfectly cooked and delicious, home fries crispy, browned, delicious, and the bread had just the right balance of butter and toasted flavor.
Would recommend, incredible for the price👍

I really did not want to write this review and I've put it off. The point of reviews is to help others decide to eat at an establishment though, and unfortunately there are better options than Bagel Tree.
We've been coming here for 9 years without issues. We recommend the tree to everyone and anyone for a good bagel, breakfast sandwich etc. Bagel Tree has been a staple in our busy house and something we looked forward to it.
In the past year or so, the quality has gone downhill. Something has changed there and in almost every one of our orders, something is forgotten or a bagel is burned, thin cream cheese etc. We continued to support, hoping Bagel Tree would round a corner but today they forgot a bagel with CC from our order and I feel we're just done. Man did we try though. It's honestly pretty sad and I hope Bagel Tree takes the constructive criticism they receive from all their reviews and really works to get back to how they once were. We're still rooting for them and will likely give them another shot in a few months, hoping for improvement!

Ordered a Caesar salad with bleu cheese and a sandwich with no onions. My salad is soggy covered in Caesar dressing with no croutons. Husband’s sandwich is full of onions. Won’t be coming back.

Not the first time this has happened.. this is my salt bagel with jalapeño cream cheese lol clearly not cream cheese at all. If I had ordered a bagel with butter I’d be wondering where the butter is ? skimpy. I had also repeated myself 2x because the person taking my order hear poppy seed not Salt ?

So bagels are pretty good, made fresh on premises and for years the breakfast sandwiches have been good but in the recent months something has changed. They always seem disorganized and it doesn't matter if there are 5 or 20 people. Recently we have been getting mixed up orders; sometimes no egg, different cheese etc. Luckily we don't have any super picky eaters but it's still annoying. This morning there was a long wait and one guy got irate after waiting 20 minutes and he just left. There is no reason a breakfast sandwich should take that long. My order came up and when I got home my TEC was a TC. I think I will look elsewhere since this seems to be happening too often now.

Not coming back. Made a simple order. For a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. They gave me a poppy not toasted. There were several other occasions where they messed up my orders. This was the last straw.
