Got the Bul Dak wings and OMG are they spicy and flavorful! No longer do I need to drive to North Philly for some proper KSWs! Got the platter, the fries weren't good but the wings are the star of the show and I can't wait to come back!
DAK is a really cool place. Their chicken wings and mozzarella sticks are really delicious! However, I called and spoke in person to someone working there and was told that they were halal… which I found comfort in. Ironically though, I didn’t find any halal certificate posted anywhere in or out the restaurant. Which could lead to potential doubts for customers. So I’m sure many would appreciate the certificate, as it makes the restaurant even better...
I placed an order again after a long time, but I was wondering—has the ownership changed? Both I and the people I ate with felt that the taste was different from how it used to be.
Also, looking at the receipt, I understand that the New Jersey sales tax rate is 6.625%; why, then, are they applying a rate of 6.65%?
