Jason is honestly one of the main reasons going to Rita’s Ice is such a good experience. From the second you walk up, he’s friendly in a way that doesn’t feel forced or fake—he actually seems like he enjoys being there and talking to customers. It makes a big difference, especially compared to places where workers just rush you through the line.

What really stands out is how helpful he is. If you’re not sure what flavor to get, he’ll give suggestions...
