Service is fine, like any other Starbucks can be really slow and drinks made by someone new and careless or made really good. The question I have is who chose the remodeling of the inside of that location?( mountain blvd Warren) It is absolutely so ugly and dark and there is nothing remotely appealing about the decor. Whoever designed that should be fired lol . Bring back the regular tables and couches .
I've done one pickup from here and gotten delivery once from here, and both times I've been disappointed. My Grande Dolce latte had a Tall's amount of coffee in it, and my Venti Prauline had a Grande's amount (notice the pattern). I used to be a barista, so I know a foam head can melt a little, and whipped cream can also melt, but not to the point two inches are empty inside of the cup. Do it twice? I'm just being scammed at that point.

I have been going to this location for some time now because it is close to work. Today I was ignored not once, but twice. I asked the barista for a sleeve. She looked at me, said ok, and continued to make coffee. I waited until she finished and stood there as she took another order. I asked the cashier, he said ok, and walked away. It was another customer, who saw what was going on, that asked the barista again for me. So customer service sucked today. Do better!!!
