Uproot is a go-to spot for years, with perfect hosts Scott & Charlotte. The ambience, food, and drinks make it special. On a busy Friday night, they accommodated a last-minute reservation graciously. The Manager, Charlotte, and server Bailey were delightful, friendly, and helpful. The place is the real deal, with great recommendations from the menu. Despite a previous bad experience elsewhere, this visit was out of this world. Highly recommended, and a certainty for a return visit.
