I’m not a fan of being greeted at the door and seated to take my order. It’s a little overbearing and I felt really rushed. Also, you’re missing all the IMPULSE buying at the register ie, cookies, shakes, etc
They out did themselves! I pull out to the drive thru, is there a metal box to talk to? Nope! Live, friendly, competent girl in a shelter right there at the drive thru. I pull up, do I have to stretch and reach for my food? NOPE! another friendly employee hands me my food from the window. They are all happy, I want to go back. Food was hot, fresh, fantastic! Bunch of sauces without asking. Couldn't be happier!!
Food is always sub par at this location. I used to love chic fil a breakfast but not this location. They never seem to make it right. Staff is always very nice. Another grudge is that they dont give the regular receipts that you'd have a chance to fill out a survey and get a free sandwich. They use little hand held printers instead.
