The wait was a bit long tonight but it was a very large order, so I totally understood the delay. The employee who ran my food out was so kind and professional that it completely made up for it. Chick-fil-A's customer service never misses, and this employee deserves a shoutout for turning a long wait into a great experience!
First time at this location - I have to say, I enjoyed the service. Our chick-fil-a does not take your order at your table, does not bring your food to you, does not take your tray when you are done. This one did! And all with a friendly smile. Ordered and had my food in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service!
