Good service. Better to go inside in the morning when the drive-thru gets congested. My coffee is usually perfect, sometimes the flavoring is forgotten. Everyone makes mistakes! I’ve had good interactions with everyone working here

I never usually have a bad review, nor try to cause anyone trouble as in very sweet but I had to say something about my visit at the local Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through that I visited today 10/20/25. This is a location I frequent daily before taking my children to school. I always choose this location because it's close, provides fast service, and most employees are friendly and polite.
However, this afternoon, I stopped for an extra coffee on my way to pick them...

The two young girls that work there are fantastic! I only get a medium frozen coffee once in a while. I am diabetic and always ask for just a drop of mocha or not even half a pump. You would be surprised to know how many I have gotten at other stores that were so sweet that I couldn't drink them.
The girls are an asset to your company. Not only personable but amazingly attentively. They keep the store clean also!
