We went because family that lives nearby recommended it. We did not order beer or cocktails, we cam only speak about the food. It was very disappointing. The flatbread appetizer was undercooked, the cheese was not melted at all, the sauce tasted like it came out of a can. Just a couple mire minutes in a hot oven might have saved it from disaster but it was nit given a chance. The german pretzel and turkey were ok, nothing special. The Lamb Harissa Burger was the biggest let down. It had the density of a hockey puck and the moisture of desert sand. No one likes a dry dense burger of any type. If there was any harissa mixed in, it was well hidden by the extreme lack of flavor. It tasted like Ground lamb with nothing added. Even salt would have made a big difference. Overall a great location ruined by less than mediocre food.

Went last night. Was able to secure a nice table overlooking the bar. Our server was outstanding, highly attentive and personable. Their homemade beer rated about a 7 outta 10 so I chose guest offerings. Wife’s mixed cocktail was excellent. Calamari was also about a 7. Both entrees were about a 7.5. Overall a nice experience in a beautiful space but not outstanding.

Had a couple of apps. Wings were delicious. The ambience of the building is incredible. Beer was ok was hoping they had the lazy Jake porter. Would love for them to have Guinness on tap. Bartender was great. Juan the chef came over to see how things are going. The guy is awesome and goes out of his way to accommodate your needs. Must give it try for happy hour. They have nice specials.

We had a party 5 and the bill was $250. They charge a credit card fee. Most people don't carry a spare several hundred dollars in their wallet, so the obvious choice would be to use a credit card. Just seems excessive and greedy. For this reason, I will not go back.

Dined here October 19, 2023. Came here for the prime rib dinner. Enjoyed the cocktails more than their brews but they do change up the selection. Had the caramel apple martini, pumpkin tini (yum) & the nutty Irishman. There was a decent amount of fat on the meat which wasn't great and it was a bit on the small side after cutting off the fat, but it was only $24 for the Caesar salad/soup, prime rib, baked/mashed potato & a vegetable medley. Hmm...ordered the baked potato, but it came with the mashed. Also sampled their boneless wings & guac/chips. Waitstaff was super friendly. Def want to visit during one of their "wild game" dinner nights.

Food overall was good. Portion size of the reuben was quite small - especially considering price. Molten lava chocolate cake had nothing "molten" about it. Seemed stale/frozen and it was sent back. Excellent service & atmosphere with Christmas decorations was excellent as well.

Long Valley Brew Pub gets an 11 out of 10 from me! The stone exterior and timber framied interior is really like sitting inside of a time capsule. The historic building is stunning. The food has been consistently wonderful going hand and hand with their extraordinary staff. These hard working men and women are professional, kindhearted, warm & inviting. That's says a lot seeing how in their industry it is getting harder and harder to meet the demands of picky customers. Through all that they seem to always rise to the occasion and continue to impress in what has really become a chaotic business. Hats off to the staff of Long Valley Brew Pub! Your home away from home!

The restaurant is decorated nicely for Christmas. The server was attentive and the pours were heavy but the food was well below par. My wife had the chili and it had a pasty taste. I had the club sandwich which came with fries and they were cold, they sent another out but my sandwich was almost gone by then and these were hot but under cooked and tasted like they were freezer burned. We have been here before and it's hit or miss sometimes but for what you get and the prices.... there are way better options out there, we won't be returning.

Great food, relaxing nice ambiance and very pleasant people. Homemade chips are awesome!

I have been here several times and totally enjoyed it. Today 10/28 it was horrible. I had to ask to see a server after waiting 15 min at our table and it went down hill from there. I am not rushing back to a spot an always looked forward to going to….

everything seems good except the drinks seems watered down. I had 3 drinks and each was a different amount of alcohol. I had gin and club soda. the first one had no gin. the second one had a perfect amount of gin and the third one was somewhere in the middle. I don't know what they're trying to do. make sure that we don't drink and drive well. that wasn't a problem cuz I had a designated driver. I don't understand why the drinks are so uneven

Went today, October 29th. And now the wife and I have the worst case of food poisoning we have ever had. Shame as the place is nice but we won't be returning again

Came on a Friday, the place wasn't busy, we were seated and then waited 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our order. We left, I looked up reviews of this place, and realized we'd dodged a bullet! Diner beware.
