As a person who works in customer service I would never allow my employees to behave in the manner ur staff does, they roll their eyes when u tell them how you would like ur coffee you tell one sugar they gave u 5, I would never roll my eyes at a customer, or witness ur employees asking a guy for their phone number during busy hours because she thinks he is hot, has Dunkin’ Donuts become a pick up joint for your staff to ask? All I want is my coffee not some kid rolling her eyes at me because I’m ordering what I want, do they not understand without us customers they won’t have a job ... this place needs a cleaning crew and new employees who respect their jobs and customers

Coffee is watered down at times. service is slow and teh place isn't even busy. Poor quality in customer service.
