It was my first time trying Brooklyn Dumplings in Willowbrook Mall and let me tell you the staff, wait time and food was a 10 out of 10. I arrived at noon and it was busy but they executed my order in less than 4 min! You get to see how the staff works since the kitchen is exposed so customers can see and they look dedicated to satisfy every customers order. I will for sure come back to explore more of the menu! Thank you!
Food is super good, staff is always nice, quick and professional despite the daily lunchtime rush, (they know my order by now-JP) and ordering is easy through kiosk or the register.
My experience was amazing the customer service was exquisite. The food was made to perfection and everything was packaged perfectly. The wait time was less than 3-4 min. I will surely be coming back for more.
