The staff is very helpful and does a great job. However, the freezers for the regular ice cream seem to be warmer and the regular ice cream is partially melted. It used to be a great place to get soft serve and regular ice cream.

THREE TIMES IN 2 MONTHS there was hair in the ice cream!!!! The girls are super sweet and my husband and kids are big fans. I especially love the maple walnut. But this is something I just can't look over. 1st time I figured it was a fluke. No biggy. But I was grossed out. The next time in 1 night both my ice cream and my sons (same flavor) had LONG BLONDE HAIRS. I still can't stand to think of it. They NEED TO TIE UP THEIR HAIR like every other food establishment!
