I had a great experience at CAVA at Willowbrook Mall thanks to Jace and Nixon. Both of them were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and patient while I ordered. They took the time to walk me through the menu, offered helpful suggestions, and made sure my bowl was exactly how I wanted it.

I went to cava on July 1 and they gave me the wrong order. In my haste I didn’t check before I left the store and ended up super disappointed when I got home (photo attached). They would only agree to giving me a new bowl if I came back with the original bowl so I went back and LYNN went above and beyond for me. Even though cava lost me as a customer I must say LYNN is a valuable team member and deserves to be acknowledged for the work she does to keep customers happy....
