I had a great experience at CAVA! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming especially Vega the manager and Delia. They took the time to answer my questions, made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and served everything with a smile. The food was fresh and delicious. Excellent customer service like this keeps me coming back. Thank you for making every visit enjoyable!
This is coming from my past few experiences - their online ordering sucks; while you get your order in no time, it's completely messed up. I ordered a half grain half greens bowl, and always order the dressings on the side. However, I did not receive my dressing at all. Twice. Also, whenever I order online, my portions are extremely small which is a bit disappointing considering the fact that I'm paying $15 for a bowl half empty. Place is nice, but too crowded to eat...
