Title: Great Experience with Excellent Customer Service at Chick-fil-A in Willow Brook Blvd, NJI recently visited Chick-fil-A on Willow Brook Blvd in NJ, and my first impression was fantastic. The restaurant was very nice and clean, and to my delight, there were no lines. Although there was a minor mix-up with my order, the exceptional customer service more than made up for it.During my visit, I enjoyed a delicious chocolate milkshake, a tasty chicken sandwich, crispy fries, flavorful nuggets, and a refreshing cup of ice. Everything I tried was great, and my dining experience was thoroughly enjoyable.One of the highlights of my visit was the inside playground. It brought back nostalgic memories and added an extra element of fun to my meal. The atmosphere was welcoming, and I appreciated the attention to detail in creating a family-friendly environment.Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Chick-fil-A in Willow Brook Blvd, NJ. The outstanding customer service, delicious food, and nostalgic playground made my visit memorable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.

WHERE IS MY CHICKEN SANDWHICH!!! So today when we buy something in five and below. We went to chick fil a for dinner. We went for a crowded customers. We order chicken sandwhich fries and 3 chicken strips a box. When we home we noyiced a thing. Where is pur 3 boxes of chicken stripes and my chicke sandwhich. Were so so so MAD that we need to said ‘’check’’. We giving the service one star for that reason. I rather go to wendys than this.

I don’t love the method that they use when you order through the app but my food was perfect , I got all of my sauces and everything I took off (i.e. pickles) didn’t accidentally make its way on my sandwich. It was hot and super delicious.

First time at one of these. Service at this location was amazing, super friendly (thanks Emily), accommodating and fast. I ordered the spicy chicken which literally only comes with a crispy chicken breast and pickles but check out the pickles i got in the pic ? i had to wait till i got home to add my own pickles. Only lost a star for that since the meat part was thick and tasty ?.
17/10 customer service. Came here for breakfast and then picked up lunch for a friend later that same day. Excellent customer service. There were issues with our ideas and they were fixed promptly. Food is consistent and excellent as always. Staff friendly and helpful. A great option in the area.
