only good thing about this place is the food , i miss the old employees they were so welcoming and friendly . now the energy is just off and you feel like a bother . i started doing curbside and sometimes there will be missing food or i once gotten someone else’s order…

Chick-fil-A in Willow Brook Blvd, NJ offers a great experience with excellent customer service. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with a nostalgic inside playground adding a fun touch. The delicious chocolate milkshake, chicken sandwich, fries, nuggets, and ice were all tasty. Despite a minor order mix-up, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The food was hot, perfect, and came with all the sauces as requested. The spicy chicken was thick and tasty, although the pickles were missing. The staff, especially Dario, was friendly, accommodating, and quick to help. The restaurant is well-managed, even during busy times, and staff members are very nice, sharing in conversations and even giving a cow ears hat to a young guest. Overall, Chick-fil-A provides a memorable dining experience with delicious food and exceptional customer service. Wheelchair accessibility is available with a ramp, ensuring everyone can enjoy the visit.
