Chick-fil-A in Willow Brook Blvd, NJ offers a great experience with excellent customer service. The restaurant is clean and welcoming, with a nostalgic inside playground adding a fun touch. The delicious chocolate milkshake, chicken sandwich, fries, nuggets, and ice were all tasty. Despite a minor order mix-up, the outstanding service more than made up for it. The food was hot, perfect, and came with all the sauces as requested. The spicy chicken was thick and tasty, although the pickles were missing. The staff, especially Emily, was friendly, accommodating, and fast. Overall, Chick-fil-A provides a memorable dining experience with delicious food and exceptional customer service.
