“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at the Chick-fil-A in Wayne Towne Center. We often hear about negative experiences, but exceptional service deserves to be highlighted as well.

Recently, I needed to order approximately 20 Kids Meals for a second-grade class celebration for my daughter's birthday. I was initially hesitant because the catering menu only offered Kids Meals with chips, but I specifically wanted the children to enjoy the classic Chick-fil-A experience with nuggets and waffle fries.

After reaching out, I was connected with the management team, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Manuel Chalas, Zion, and Alvin. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

A special thank you to Alvin, who stepped in while Manny was out the morning of my order. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. He carefully coordinated the pickup time, taking into account my drive to the school and making sure the food would still be fresh and enjoyable when it reached the children. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.

The order was flawless. Every meal was individually packaged, every toy was included, nothing was missing, and everything was organized perfectly. The food was fresh, accurate, and ready exactly when promised.

What made this experience even more special was seeing the excitement on the children's faces. For some of them, it was their very first time trying Chick-fil-A, and watching them enjoy their meals made the celebration that much sweeter.

“The workers were incredibly friendly. Great personalities. The place is very clean. And the food was very good. Flavorful chicken. The sides are a lot of fried foods too, but those were still very good. Nothing felt overly seasoned either, so you can enjoy eat thing you get without what you ate before overpowering your taste buds.“

“Mama Rao’s kitchen has been catering all of our main home events last few years and we get nothing but raves from all of our family and friends over the food. They just did our Easter for twenty eight people, everyone loved the ham and eggplant rollitini and I am a big fan of their meatballs and sausage in their homemade gravy. “Popeyes never fails when it comes to tasty chicken. The flavor is always great and the honey biscuits are one of my favorite things on the menu—always delicious.

Sometimes the chicken breasts can be big or small, so the size isn’t always consistent, but overall the food is still really good and satisfying. Definitely a solid spot when you’re craving fried chicken. 🍗🍯“

“Amazing service and even more amazing food. Came in during lunch rush and I waited no more than 10 min for a box of FRESHLY made chicken. Saw someone say to try the blueberry biscuit and it is a MUST TRY! Pairs really well with the chicken. Overall I’m very satisfied and would definitely come back.“

“I was working in the area and I stopped by here for lunch. It’s on a busy street so parking is tough. Easy to order and great prices. I got a chicken pita sandwich it was great. “I have bought meals from this store many times ever since they opened in GSP food court. This is one of the most popular restaurants in the mall, sometimes the line wrapping around the stairs. It’s take out only, but of course guests can use the mall’s dining hall for dine-in. The store does a good job of putting associates outside who take customers orders while they are waiting in the line. It speeds up the process and keeps the line short.

The store takes relatively short tike to prepare the orders. I always got my orders within 10 minutes. They always pack the items correctly. Never had any missing from the bag. They are also generous with the sauces. I got more whenever I asked. I love the chicken deluxe sandwich, chicken nuggets, waffle fries, milkshake of Chic Fil A. This store does an excellent job of maintaining the quality, taste and standard, at all times.

The associates are very friendly here. They always greet and smile. They happily fulfill any reasonable requests like extra sauces, napkins or utensils. The rewards account is also valuable as I get points for purchases from this store. I have redeemed points at this also for free sandwiches and desserts. I hope they continue to do well and keep making the guests happy at GSP.“

We didn’t realize that this was in the parkway rest area but we had a good experience here. There were plenty of clean seats to dine next to the windows as well. We enjoyed our meals though they do not have the chicken strips on their menu.“
