I have to say, pretty decent overall service and preparation, reliability, responsiveness, cheerful disposition, and quality overall of the chicken wings/bone-in/boneless chicken fingers... customer service was great and responsive. Ample parking spaces available in the shopping center. However, I feel they are skimping out on the number of sauces to give out as dipping sauce.
Could not have had a better drive-through experience than I had at Pompton Plains Popeyes! I was a newbie and the gentleman on the other end of the microphone could not have been any more patient and nicer to me than he was. What a great guy! Thanks for the great service and making my day, Timothy!
I went to pick up my online order and my overall experience sucked. I got to the order box informed them I was picking up my order. Get to the window and was completely off the guys radar for at least 5 -7 minutes. I think they forgot i announced myself but my food was waiting which was a plus. I get to my sons football game and realized the chicken wasnt spicy. Meal wasnt hitting on anything for the $25 spent.
