“I have to say, pretty decent overall service and preparation, reliability, responsiveness, cheerful disposition, and quality overall of the chicken wings/bone-in/boneless chicken fingers... customer service was great and responsive. Ample parking spaces available in the shopping center. However, I feel they are skimping out on the number of sauces to give out as dipping sauce.“

“Mama Rao’s kitchen has been catering all of our main home events last few years and we get nothing but raves from all of our family and friends over the food. They just did our Easter for twenty eight people, everyone loved the ham and eggplant rollitini and I am a big fan of their meatballs and sausage in their homemade gravy. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding team at the Chick-fil-A in Wayne Towne Center. We often hear about negative experiences, but exceptional service deserves to be highlighted as well.

Recently, I needed to order approximately 20 Kids Meals for a second-grade class celebration for my daughter's birthday. I was initially hesitant because the catering menu only offered Kids Meals with chips, but I specifically wanted the children to enjoy the classic Chick-fil-A experience with nuggets and waffle fries.

After reaching out, I was connected with the management team, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about Manuel Chalas, Zion, and Alvin. From the very beginning, they were attentive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making sure everything went smoothly.

A special thank you to Alvin, who stepped in while Manny was out the morning of my order. He went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled perfectly. He carefully coordinated the pickup time, taking into account my drive to the school and making sure the food would still be fresh and enjoyable when it reached the children. His attention to detail and commitment to customer service were truly impressive.

The order was flawless. Every meal was individually packaged, every toy was included, nothing was missing, and everything was organized perfectly. The food was fresh, accurate, and ready exactly when promised.

What made this experience even more special was seeing the excitement on the children's faces. For some of them, it was their very first time trying Chick-fil-A, and watching them enjoy their meals made the celebration that much sweeter.

“I was working in the area and I stopped by here for lunch. It’s on a busy street so parking is tough. Easy to order and great prices. I got a chicken pita sandwich it was great. I definitely recommend this place and will be back soon. Everyone was eating fried chicken it look good so that’s what I will get next time.“

We didn’t realize that this was in the parkway rest area but we had a good experience here. There were plenty of clean seats to dine next to the windows as well. “I was a regular here for more than ten years, and the food is genuinely some of the best around — the salmon wedge sandwich in particular is phenomenal. I want to be fair, because a place doesn’t earn that kind of loyalty by accident. But over the past year, the service changed. Every visit, the staff seemed angry and miserable, and even a quick four-minute transaction came with an attitude. That’s ultimately why I stopped coming. I still miss the food. I hope the team finds its way back to the warmth that used to match the quality of what comes out of that kitchen.“

There was an issues using it but Shaun and Wes were able to solve it in a very professional manner. They were very helpful and friendly with resolving the issue. the customer service was amazing and the food was great! Highly recommend it.“
