I dont normally eat at this location. The Chipotles in my neighborhood, tables are clean, napkins on the floor, staff cold and unwelcoming. This location was cleaner staff still not welcoming but if its clean once I order and pay I am done with them. The new El Pastor Chicken was delicious

Just ordered a mobile order, and picked it up. I forgot to check the bag and see that they made an issue. I rarely have problems with them and I mean rare. But I ordered a burrito not a bowl. Already back to work so it is what it is. This is another reason I DO NOT DO ONLINE ORDERING. Always have to watch them make it when it comes to any and all Chipotles sadly. But the staff is always nice and the place is always clean when I have been there. Just a lot of mistakes on online...

I want to give special recognition to the young Spanish-speaking worker who helped us today. She was incredibly kind, warm, and uplifting, and her energy genuinely made a difference. My nephew had been having a tough day, and the way she spoke to him and engaged with him completely turned his mood around and made him smile.
