I'm seldom in this location but the last time I was here, I used the Dunkin app where you would purchase a MED or LG coffee and get your doughnut for a buck... I was charged regular price... happened today, got a LG iced and the doughnut came up regular price. This place itself is a phenomenal dunkin (it really is a 5 star dunkin) BUT I don't understand why prices don't adjust according when scanned. I didn't notice until I'm a distance away and I'm not going to hold up a line in the store for a .59 cent discrepancy..I have manners, people like myself have to get to work ???

Horrible service! I pay for food and I get to the location and they tell me they didn’t receive my order. I show them my receipt proving that I paid for food and instead of making my food they tell me they cannot do anything and I would have to pay for my food again!!! This is how they treat a regular who buys from them everyday! Ridiculous! Would give them zero stars if I could.

Nocturnus Make-up

Stopped in the morning to pick up breakfast. Guy was rude. I would rate the customer service here -0 on a scale from 1 to 10. That was my first and last visit to that location.

Conveniently located inside Willowbrook Mall...small location but can order while shopping in the mall. Can order via the mobile app, online or in person at the counter. In order to earn points for the special offers if you're a Dunkin' rewards member, you need to order online or via the mobile app. The offers don't work when you order direct in person... Make sure to check you order or ask the staff if anything is missing. Some items when you order on the app isn't available so you may end up waiting until you inquire. Lines can be long so plan accordingly. Variety of items on the menu...make sure to get the Dunkin' Donuts mobile app for special monthly offers.

What takes soooooo Long? This place is the worst. Lazy employees standing around when there's a line. I'm sick of wasting my time. I would give it zero stars if I could. It's gotten worse, not better

this is the second time that it has happened.I ordered a cold brew with no ice, but they still put ice in it.I understand they are busy, so I didn't bother with telling them since they will throw it away and make a new one.

THIS WAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED! If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered on the app since it's busier in the mornings and I work in the mall. Usually when I go in physically the staff is not at all friendly, but this time specifically I ordered a BAGEL TWIST on the app and there was no option for butter although there was an option for it to be toasted. Understandably not the employees fault for that. Upon picking up my order I asked for butter on the side.... The older Indian women who works there, and I see in the reviews below other people have had other bad customer service experiences with her aswell, told me that butter didn't come with my bagel and I had to pay $1 extra for butter. So I had to WAIT IN A LONG LINE ... to pay for BUTTER.... For my BAGEL when every other bagel comes with butter and is an extra charge for cream cheese. When I order in person, not one employee has charged me for butter on my bagel...The audacity this women held and the disgusting attitude and complete disregard for pleasant customer service is appalling .... Starbucks from now on it is.

They don’t even deserve 1 star. Whenever I place an order online I would wait 10 minutes before going. When I go to the store to pick it up ITS STILL NOT DONE. I would have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes for them to make my order when it shouldn’t be like that. It should be done BEFORE I even arrive. That is why I ORDER ONLINE!!!They are horrible and very very slow. They also look miserable and look like they don’t enjoy their jobs

Unprofessional doesn't know how to put orders on the counter and decides to leave orders by the cashier. Waited 25 minutes for one order....... I only recommend this place if you enjoy having your time wasted for one order.

Very small location inside Willowbrook Mall. I waited longer than expected behind 3 people for some reason. Person at the register was nice though.
