Horrible service! I pay for food and I get to the location and they tell me they didn’t receive my order. I show them my receipt proving that I paid for food and instead of making my food they tell me they cannot do anything and I would have to pay for my food again!!! This is how they treat a regular who buys from them everyday! Ridiculous! Would give them zero stars if I could.
Hands down my favorite Dunkin! I’ll go out of my way to come here. Multiple locations closer to me that are always disappointing. Thank you for always being consistent and perfect.

I'm seldom in this location but the last time I was here, I used the Dunkin app where you would purchase a MED or LG coffee and get your doughnut for a buck... I was charged regular price... happened today, got a LG iced and the doughnut came up regular price. This place itself is a phenomenal dunkin (it really is a 5 star dunkin) BUT I don't understand why prices don't adjust according when scanned.
