This Starbucks Coffee Company is located inside the Willowbrook mall, right in front of the food court. It is a very popular, crowded, and noisy location. The store is very nicely decorated and has some wonderful Starbucks merchandise.
Service experiences vary. The whole staff is often described as very nice, kind, welcoming, and hardworking. At times, the baristas are super efficient, handing out drinks rapidly and not wasting time. Orders like a strawberry acai or a cake pop are perfectly made. However, this is a very, very busy location and can get extremely crowded. Service can sometimes be slow, and items can be missed, requiring another wait. Some feel the store definitely needs more staff, especially during peak hours.
Overall, it is a standard Starbucks with a good vibe. There are lots of vegetarian bakery goods and drinks made with milk or fruit tea.
