I placed an mobile order ahead, but they said they didn't get my order. It took 15 mins to get frapuccino, and barista was rude and frapuccino wasn't blended well, was full of chuck of ice.

Went to Starbucks in Willowbrook mall on Saturday11/4/23 @ 8pm & it was horrendous. The service was horrible. The Baristas making the coffee were screaming, cursing, and being obnxious with each other. The place was dirty. The cup they gave me with the coffee was all split over because they were fooling around and not paying attention. Never going there again.

Went there today as a Starbucks partner to buy a drink. The Spanish lady which was the cashier asked for my personal information and identity when I gave her my partner numbers which wasn’t necessary and she was rude.

Terrible service. My Frap came out bad after waiting an unsual amount of time when they weren't busy. Also they forgot about my order and they had a bad attitude.

I pass through here every so often for work and recently just witnessed the most pathetic customer service experience. The service was painfully slow as the workers spent more time talking to each other IN THE MIDDLE OF TAKING ORDERS and having to repeat questions because they weren’t paying attention. Several people walked out of line, food items were forgotten to be handed to customers and not once did any of them think to put some pep in their step or offer an apology. The cashier was wearing a playboy sweatshirt which seemed inappropriate for a family mall environment. I stuck it out and waited an overall 40 mins from start of line to receiving my coffee. This isn’t a critique on Starbucks as a whole as I will continue to provide them business, but this specific location is awful. Totally unprofessional workers here.

charged me for the wrong order and didn't give me a refun. and made the drink wrong twice. They didn't even change the milk at least. what if I was allergic

charged me 3.65 for a "iced custom tea" when all i ordered was an iced WATER with strawberry inclusion. I understand and am willing to pay for the inclusion, but costing me for a water was absolutely not necessary. Horrible customer service when I questioned the worker on this.
