I'm seldom in this location but the last time I was here, I used the Dunkin app where you would purchase a MED or LG coffee and get your doughnut for a buck... I was charged regular price... happened today, got a LG iced and the doughnut came up regular price. Hands down my favorite Dunkin! I’ll go out of my way to come here. Multiple locations closer to me that are always disappointing. Thank you for always being consistent and perfect.
this is the second time that it has happened.I ordered a cold brew with no ice, but they still put ice in it.I understand they are busy, so I didn't bother with telling them since they will throw it away and make a new one.
