I love gongcha. It's sad this is the closest one to where I live because Palisades and fort Lee location never disappoint. Unfortunately this location has a weird smell to it every time I visit and it does effect the "desire" to get bubble tea because it makes you think it's probably not as sanitary as you would hope. They offer the same bubble teas as every location. Girl that was present was on her phone, and her customer service was lacking to say the least....
Stopped in while waiting to pick up a to-go order in the same parking lot. Ordered the creme brûlée and oh my, is it delicious! You can customize the sweetness and milk types and change the toppings- I ordered it “as is” with pearls. Best drink I’ve had in a while. Husband ordered a dirty brown sugar with pearls. Amazing. Daughter ordered the milk foam peach slush with star jelly. Also loved it. Very Instagram-worthy as well if you’re into that. Prices a little...
Very cute place for bubble tea. The service was great and very happy to help with our selections. I was able to get the green tea with milk, and it was so good!!!! Plenty of parking. Seating can be limited. They have so many great flavors and seasonal options.
