The ice cream was great, but I have one concern. It would be much more hygienic if the server used napkins or a holder when handling the cones. People touching money, their phone, and other items, and then directly handling the cones that my kids eat from. This really should be a standard practice everywhere.
They don't check the grubhub orders. Placed order 15 mins ago. Call and ask if they are busy, the girl said now that she will get someone to start the order. This happened before. Took almost almost hour to get. :(
So finally we tried this place after years of my daughter saying it was great .I found the place able to handle a large crowd and although it can get pricey if you keep it basic it’s not too expensive for the quality you’re getting.Its actually really good cookies and really good ice cream .I would like to try something with their brownies in it next time but definitely a hidden gem in Wayne as all the buisness is replaced by townhouses it’s good to see a nice local buisness...
