Been going here for at least 5 years now, this spot is the best kung fu tea location around. I’ve tried so many other locations, but this kung fu tea is always superior. The tea used in the milk tea is pleasantly strong but can sometimes be a bit watery instead of a smooth milk tea. Seasonal flavors tend to be hit or miss. Because the teas can be hit or miss, you'll likely default to a couple drinks you like rather than want to experiment too often.
