My sister-in-law and I had a really disappointing experience at McDonaldâs. The dual drive-thru lines donât actually save timeâthey just cause congestion, with other drivers refusing to let you merge back in. On top of that, even though it was before 10:30am, we were told breakfast was no longer being served due to âkitchen capacity.â Overall, it was very frustrating and not the kind of service we expected.

Drive thru needs A LOT of work. If you are going to have both lanes open then someone needs to be responding on both speakers. And for the record I was in lane 1 and two customers were served in lane 2 even though they arrived to the ordering screen after I did. Super disappointing. Used to be a good McDonalds. Dont think I'll return.
