Ordered 3 sandwiches yesterday and was pleased with taste but disappointed with rock hard Italian bread used on one of the 3 sandwiches.

Some customers received old donuts that are hard with no jelly in the middle, and stale crumb cake. The coffee bar does not consistently have trained staff for the drinks listed on the menu. Service issues have also been noted, with reports of untrained teenage staff who had no idea which cookies or cakes were what and a charge of $29.00 for 10 butter cookies and one petit four. On a positive note, one customer had an excellent experience with a kind and pleasant woman working the front counter who helped with a Bavarian cream filled crumb cake. For the best selection of bread, it is recommended to go early.
